OUR STORY

Founded out of a need for quality bookkeeping

Figures by Numbers was established by a team of Chartered Accountants to focus solely on bookkeeping in 2022.

Through our accounting practice, we identified a shortcoming in the market with the lack of quality bookkeepers and an alarming increase in the use of low quality overseas bookkeepers that created more problems than they solved.

We created our company to fill that gap between expensive accountants and overseas bookkeeping operations. This has allowed us to deliver an exceptionally high quality experience for clients, while systemisation has ensured we can offer competitive pricing. This has given us a major edge over most other companies.

Utilising Xero, we have streamlined our processes and deliver bookkeeping to the highest standards. This gives us the opportunity to offer higher level support to business owners and allow them to understand their business to make critical decisions decisively.

Our team is led by Chartered Accountants. Chris Ayre, our lead bookkeeper oversees the team of bookkeepers.
